Nose: Rum infused creme anglais, freshly cut barley, blueberries, buttered raisin bread, orange blossom, sweet and spicy oak.
Palate: Rum baba, raisin fudge, aromatic spice and creamy oak, bluberry special k cereal, ginger biscuits, yellow plum, caramelised banana.
Finish: Spiced butterscotch, rum and raisin fudge, some pot still aromatic notes, yellow plums and biscuity/grain notes.
