Matured in old sherry casks for at least 12 years.
Tasting Notes:

Nose – Medium to high intensity, dry with a hint of sea air.
Colour – Deep amber with a slight pink hue.
Taste – Dry, medium bodied and smooth with a clean finish: faintly salty with a slight sherry note.
