Fireball is a liqueur blended with Canadian whisky and natural cinnamon flavours. It's a fiery but smooth drink best described by the makers themselves 'Just imagine what it feels like to stand face-to-face with a fire-breathing dragon who just ate a whisky barrel full of spicy cinnamon.' Can be consumed straight, on the rocks, or to add character to a mixed drink.

Monkey Shoulder's easy-drinking blend of three single malts - Balvenie, Glenfiddich and Kininvie. Named after the injury distillery workers were prone to suffering as a result of turning the malt An elegant, stylish nose of marmalade, Crema Catalana, cocoa and malt. A sprinkling of winter spice (nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon) adds an extra dimension, alongside a mouth-watering hint of aniseed. Very malty, creamy delivery which offers up a palate redolent of berry fruit, juicy toasted barley, cloves and butterscotch. A hint of manuka honey, hot-buttered-toast and dried apricot develop.

A well-balanced blend from Nikka's two distilleries; Yoichi and Mikagiyko, and winner of the Best Japanese Blended Whisky 12 Years and Under in 2015's World Whiskies Awards. Much fruitier on the palate, with notes of green apple and pear, with richness in the form of spicy fruit cake and some toffee sweetness from the cask. Sweet spice adds a further dimension. Best consumed neat or with a splash of mineral water.
